Job Summary
Job Title: Foam Machine Assistant
Location: Verona MS
Pay: From $17.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday Friday (Overtime as needed)
Shift: 1st Shift 6:00 AM 3:30 PM
Job Type: Full-Time Temp-to-Hire
Position Overview
We are hiring a dependable and motivated Foam Machine Assistant to support production at a manufacturing facility in Verona MS. This role is essential to daily operations assisting with machine setup monitoring product quality and maintaining a clean safe and organized work environment.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented physically capable and able to stay productive in both fast-paced and slower periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with machine setup and preparation for foam production
- Accurately measure foam buns and apply proper labeling
- Load and unload materials as needed
- Monitor product quality throughout the production process
- Keep materials and work areas organized
- Maintain cleanliness by sweeping and removing foam debris
- Support machine operators and production team members
- Follow all safety policies and production procedures
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks consistently
- Flexibility to work overtime and extended hours as needed
- 13 years of manufacturing production or construction experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Steel-toe boots required
