Faulkton Area Medical Center is seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the offices of the CEO CFO and Human Resources. This role is ideal for a professional who is organized dependable and able to manage confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO CFO and Human Resources
  • Manage calendars meetings correspondence and records
  • Prepare reports agendas and meeting minutes
  • Assist with board meetings and special projects
Qualifications:

  • High School graduate or GED required associates or bachelors degree in business administration or related field preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Quickbooks
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Previous administrative or executive assistant experience preferred

Faulkton Area Medical Center is an independent non-profit 12-bed Critical Access Hospital and Rural Health Clinic. We are located along SD HWY 212 in Faulkton SD serving a diverse population of 3000 within a 60 mile radius. FAMC is one of the few independent hospitals left in the state of South Dakota. We offer a wide range of services to all ages. Our hospital is also designated by the state as a Level V trauma receiving facility.
