$68.20 - $102.30The People & Culture Business Partner - Director Academics role will lead people & culture business initiatives within Advocate Health academics including Wake Forest University School of Medicine Health Professions the National Center for Clinical Trials and Clinical Training/GME. This role will be responsible for driving businessobjectives and serve as a trusted advisor to academic leaders on people & culture strategy issues designing long-term business solutions in partnership with academic leaders. The People & Culture Business Partner - Director Academics will serve as a consultant to academic leaders on business related issuesleveraging a solid grounding in people & culture programs and practices and business literacy about the business units financial position its mid and long-range plans culturecompetition and its customers. The People & Culture Business Partner - Director Academics will develop integrated solutions by communicating needs proactively withinpeople & cultureand academic leaders they support. This role will partner across the people & culture function to deliver value added service to management that reflect the businessobjectives of theorganization and acts as an academic champion and change agent. Assesses andanticipates business needs requiring Human Capital Management (HCM) related solutions.
