As a Senior Manageryoullpartner with our clients toidentifyand manage risk.Youlldevelop strategies to solve complex business problems using new ways of thinking and devise solutions to support your clients needs throughusing thelatest tools and methods.Youlldevelop lasting relationships with client personnel and further these relationships through quality product delivery.Youllfoster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market.You will also be a mentor and provide performance development to teams as you oversee the successful completion of project work plans.

Do Your Talents Include the Following
Demonstratedexperience with:
Designing and implementing IT systems spanning multiple operational domains (infrastructure applications network cloud/onprem).
In depth understanding of current enterprise design patterns and norms for basic networking capabilities/concepts (e.g.TCP/IP DNS DHCP VLAN segmentation routing and switching wireless).
Proven ability to document and rationalize complex or undocumented environments including creation of dependency maps architecture diagrams and system inventories.
Conducting application rationalization and dependency mapping initiatives.
Recent hands-on experience administrating both Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
Designing implementing or administering enterprise backup replication and continuity solutions for servers storage and applications.
Skilled in capacity planning performance analysis and VM/server rightsizing.
Familiarity with SMB-scaleon-premises infrastructure technologies.
Working familiarity with hypervisor platforms (e.g.VMware vSphere/ESXi Microsoft Hyper-V Nutanix AHV or others)
Strong enterprise network design deployment and administration experience.
Background working with major enterprise networking and security vendors such as Cisco Meraki HPE/Aruba Juniper Extreme Brocade Palo Alto and Fortinet.
Ability to translate business compliance vendor and partner requirements into actionable technical solutions and system configurations.
Experience converting business continuity and disaster recovery requirements into technical architecture and implementation plans.
IntegratingIT systems in postmerger or acquisition environments.
Coordinating with and managing thirdparty hardware software and service vendors.
Evaluating summarizing organizing and interpretingdata.
Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional networkincluding withsenior executives.
Successfully pursuing business development opportunities andidentifyingand implementing strategies to obtain new work or clientele.
Ability to translate and communicateissues risk or challengesto client personnel including executives.
Leadership and direct supervisory experience of teams including conducting performance appraisalsmentoringand coaching oversight and review of work coordination across teams and understanding how to motivate.
Your Educational and Professional Qualifications
Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience delivering technology or consulting solutions
7 years working inprofessional services or relatedfield.
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on WordExceland PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access.
Professional Certification such asAzure SolutionsArchitect ITILor similar strongly preferred.

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.
$137000.00 - $219000.00Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.
14%The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job.
$156180.00 - $249660.00Employees are eligible for medical dental and vision coverages FSA and HSA healthcare accounts life and accident insurance adoption and fertility assistance paid parental leave up to 10 weeks and short/long term disability. We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation personal needs and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year. Protiviti also recognizes up to 11 paid holidays each calendar year.
