Job Summary

Little is seeking an Experienced Architect with a passion for high quality design interior architecture and a positive collaborative work style for our Workplace Interiors Studio in our Charlotte Office.

The ideal candidate for this opportunity will be an ambitious creative Project Architect with a background in Interiors who is passionate about design and is looking to improve the performance of our clients through creative collaboration and breakthrough ideas.

A candidate well love:

  • You have Workplace-Interior project experience.
  • You have experience in all phases of project execution from schematic design through construction administration.
  • You are excited about the opportunity to develop and lead strong client relationships.

A position youll love:

  • Youll be working in our dedicated Workplace-Interiors studio with other professionals dedicated to Interior projects.
  • You will be working on multiple projects at one time with the projects varying in project phase.
  • You will have direct client contact.
  • Youll have a high degree of autonomy and responsibility.
  • Youll coordinate with a team of architects interior designers and engineers to meet project requirements budgets and schedules.
  • Youll help to lead our QA/QC efforts on your own projects as well as others.
  • Youll be responsible for producing contract documents signing and sealing drawings and leading construction administration.
  • Youll be accountable for project success.
  • Youll support mentorship of more junior level staff
  • Youll have growth opportunities.

Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited university.
  • 10 years of experience in the architecture & design industry.
  • Architectural registration.
  • Deep understanding of building codes and accessibility requirements.
  • Experience signing and sealing drawings.
  • Ability to execute projects from conceptual design to owner occupancy.
  • Strong design and Revit skills.
