Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to plan execute and oversee projects related to product development marketing campaigns and operational improvements. This role ensures projects are completed on time within scope and aligned with our companys sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:
- Define project scope goals timelines and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans and ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
Team Coordination:
- Collaborate with departments such as marketing production logistics and customer service.
- Assign tasks and monitor team performance and progress.
- Facilitate meetings updates and status reports.
Budget & Resource Management:
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost efficiency.
- Allocate resources effectively to meet project demands.
Timeline Management:
- Track project milestones and deadlines.
- Identify risks or delays and implement solutions proactively.
Communication:
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication across teams.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all projects meet company standards and quality expectations.
- Align project outcomes with brand values and sustainability goals.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and project efficiency.
- Implement best practices in project management.

Qualifications:

Required:
- Bachelors degree in Business Project Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1 years of experience in project management or a related role.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Asana Trello ).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
