Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

Under direct supervision of the Admin Coord. II

  • Provide executive level of administration support to the Division of Security.
  • Assist with all aspects of human resource matters for divisional employees to include maintaining personnel files leave and attendance reports position descriptions reclassify positions employee evaluations employee benefits etc.
  • Acts as liaison to Recruiting and Employment Branch enters vacancies in NeoGov.
  • Responsible for entering work orders distributing supplies receive review and route incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Prepares letters memos reports as directed.
  • Assists with projects as required.
  • Acts as backup for purchasing and allied billing specialist when needed.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

State of South Carolina Minimum Requirements:

A high school diploma and relevant experience in business management public administration or administrative services or a bachelors degree may be substituted for the required work experience.


SCDCMinimum Requirements:

  • A bachelors degree and 3 years related work experience;

  • Associates degree and 5 years related work experience;

OR

  • A high school diploma and 7 years related work experience in management of administrative work.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge is CRT and SCEIS is preferred.
