Job Responsibilities
Under direct supervision of the Admin Coord. II
- Provide executive level of administration support to the Division of Security.
- Assist with all aspects of human resource matters for divisional employees to include maintaining personnel files leave and attendance reports position descriptions reclassify positions employee evaluations employee benefits etc.
- Acts as liaison to Recruiting and Employment Branch enters vacancies in NeoGov.
- Responsible for entering work orders distributing supplies receive review and route incoming and outgoing mail.
- Prepares letters memos reports as directed.
- Assists with projects as required.
- Acts as backup for purchasing and allied billing specialist when needed.

Minimum and Additional Requirements
State of South Carolina Minimum Requirements:
A high school diploma and relevant experience in business management public administration or administrative services or a bachelors degree may be substituted for the required work experience.

Knowledge is CRT and SCEIS is preferred.
