Director of Marketing (High-Growth Tech-Forward Law Firm)

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Target Salary: $105000 $145000 bonus (Dependent on experience).

Growth Orchestration: Move beyond just SEO or just Paid Ads to build an integrated ecosystem where every channel (Paid Organic Social and Referrals) feeds into a single Growth Flywheel.
Lead Generation Engine: Manage a robust digital marketing budget ensuring dominance in high-intent legal keywords while maintaining a low Cost Per Lead (CPL).
Brand Authority: Elevate our attorneys as global thought leaders through high-impact video content and educational resources that build immediate trust.
Data-Driven ROI: Monitor and report on marketing KPIs (CPL conversion rates and ROI) to provide the Managing Partner with clear actionable insights for growth.
Referral Network Expansion: Build and nurture relationships with hospitals healthcare providers and community organizations to diversify our lead sources.
