Salary and Benefits
- Base salary range of $70000 to $80000
- Uncapped commission structure paid monthly
- Earn a $500 kicker for generating two new accounts in a month (no prior admissions in the last two quarters)
- Health Insurance Employer covers 90% (under $30 per pay period)

Responsibilities
- Promote hospice services by building relationships with physicians skilled nursing facilities hospitals and long-term care providers
- Inherit and manage an existing book of referral accounts within a defined established territory
- Meet or exceed monthly referral and admission goals using the following point-based structure:
- SNF/ALF/Physician: 2.5 points per admission
- Hospital: 1 point per admission
- 15 points $3000 bonus; additional $150 per point above 15
- Log all calls and sales activity in the CRM; partial bonus payout (50%) if call activity is not met
- Collaborate with marketing intake and clinical teams to ensure smooth referral transitions
- Host educational events in-services and community presentations to raise awareness of hospice services
- Stay informed on regional healthcare market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Represent the organization in co-marketing initiatives and community partnerships
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of hospice home health or healthcare sales experience
- Must bring an existing book of business in the local market
- Cannot have an active non-compete that prohibits hospice sales; must obtain a release if one exists
- Valid drivers license and reliable insured vehicle
- Strong relationship-building and territory management skills
- Self-starter capable of working independently in a field-based role
