Primary Job Responsibilities:
Work independently with minimal supervision
Support clients in implementing recognition programs across time zones
Demonstrate software clearly based on client needs
Understand resolve and communicate setup-related issues
Build strong client relationships for successful program launch
Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams
Coordinate with Sales to align on client expectations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Share best practices to improve client engagement
Support continuous process improvement and efficiency
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelors Degree
Preferred/Additional Qualifications MBA/Post Graduate in Commerce/HR/IT Operations
Minimum Experience - 3 to 5 Years
Industry preference - Corporate - B2B Business model / Global MNC

1. Working Days: 5 days (Monday to Friday)
2. Working Time: Flexible start time between 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM 8.5 Hours of working
