The Manager Partnerships & Client Solutions is responsible for developing and managing strategic business-to-business relationships across India to increase engagement with CFA Institute programs talent solutions and thought leadership. Working closely with the Business Development team and colleagues across CFA Institute India Private Limited this role balances new business development with strong relationship management to support growth stakeholder engagement and delivery against organizational objectives. The role is based in Mumbai and operates within the India market.
Identify and pursue new partnership business development and outreach opportunities aligned with CFA Institutes strategy in India.
Develop a strong understanding of partner business models hiring needs and learning priorities to shape relevant value-driven solutions.
Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals showcasing CFA Institute programs talent solutions and thought leadership.
Gather market and industry insights to inform solution development and long-term partnership strategies.
Build manage and grow trusted relationships with employers and institutional partners across India.
Serve as a strategic point of contact for senior client stakeholders ensuring strong engagement and continuity.
Manage client engagement plans governance activities and CRM records to support effective communication reporting and forecasting.
Coordinate and deliver client-facing initiatives such as workshops webinars roundtables and programs like the India Career Accelerator working closely with internal teams.
Bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
810 years of experience in business development partnerships account management or a related role within financial services education or professional services.
Strong written verbal and presentation skills in English with the ability to engage senior stakeholders confidently.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships influence outcomes and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong organizational problem-solving and planning skills with experience executing medium- to long-term initiatives.
Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
Project management experience.
Exposure to learning and development talent solutions or workforce capability initiatives.
Familiarity with financial institutions capital markets or related industry trends.
