Visiting Angels Contract RNs job duties include assisting with providing quality care to our Veteran clients in Alamosa CO and the surrounding area.
Our contract RNs do this by providing scheduled assessments for our Veteran clients and communicating with Visiting Angels as well as the Veterans Administration as necessary to ensure our clients have the best care for their situation.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Performing Regular RN in-home 1-Hour assessments
- Effective Communication with the Visiting Angels Care Management Team regarding Veteran Clients Needs
- Communication with the Veterans Administration as needed
- Providing quality care to our Veteran Clients throughout their assessments
Pay: $85.00 per Client visit
