Inviting applications for the role of Manager Paid Social Manager
The Paid Social Manager is responsible for end-to-end planning and delivery of Genpacts B2B Paid Social campaigns as a member of Genpacts in-house Paid Media team. This person will create and implement media plans targeted towards clients and prospects in line with Genpacts go-to-market (GTM) strategy. This role will focus largely on Genpacts LinkedIn and YouTube strategy and work in concert with the Heads of Global Paid Media & Global Social on strategy and optimizations.
This role would also interface with Genpacts Talent Paid Media Manager to ensure that we present a consistent brand experience across different audience campaigns. Youll also work closely with other digital subject matter experts within Campaign Strategy Paid Search Performance Marketing Web SEO and Analytics teams.
Responsibilities
Create a paid social strategy that supports B2B/GTM efforts for Genpact globally in partnership with Social and Performance Marketing teams
Ensure Paid Social budget is planned to meet campaign objectives and optimized based on performance data
Review front-end digital and paid social data to provide feedback and recommendations based on best practices
Create A/B testing plans to help capture statistically significant insights and optimize performance
Review cross-channel creative proposals and provide recommendations on ways to improve based on Genpacts own internal testing best practices and channel and geo-specific nuances
Communicate strategy results and data-driven recommendations to Social Paid Media and Campaign Strategy leadership using performance data and insights
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field preferred
Experience directly planning managing and optimizing paid social campaigns with expertise across LinkedIn & YouTube preferably within a B2B context
Excellent communication skills including fluency in English (written & spoken)
An analytical data-driven mindset with experience using web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Adobe Analytics) and data visualization (e.g. Domo MCI Tableau Datorama)
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Understanding of the technical aspects of the media industry and media research
Highly organized and effective multi-tasker with excellent attention to detail
Proven ability to build stakeholder relationships and work efficiently in an international environment across multiple time zones
