Job Summary

Position Role: Co-ordination of all programming for the 5 CSTTG sites and their staff. Responsibilities:

1. Ensures Training Requirements and Training Delivery Authority is upheld for all CSTTG validating training events.
2. POC for programming all CSTTG assets. Regular communication with Bde & Div to ensure training progression is supported and prioritised.
3. Link from CSTTG to CTG & Trg Audience responsible for identifying & refining the training delivery (dates construct risks and issues).
4. Coordination of training support SOR for all training events including trawling for external support where necessary.
5. CSTTG Co-ord for ex simulation requirements including raising demand orders. With an SO3 Trg Ops as principal manager.
6. Coordination of identification and deployment of CSTTG OCTs to O/S FTXs UK contingency ops exercises and MST events.
7. Scrutinise CSTTG budget and approve budget for events and lead for ABC screening with sp from SO3 Ops.
8. Manager for Contract Finance & Purchasing including demand receive & approve. SO3 Trg Ops is principal manager with Trg Plans overseeing.
