Line managing 5 x military personnel 4 x civil servants and 1 x defence contractor. As the personnel lead provide oversight and advice to the Comd Team on developing organisational structures in JMC SE in line with Firm Base Transformation priorities. A pan branch strand requiring close coordination with COS and DCOS. Lead VRM CMCR and act as JMC SE UWO. SME advisor to the Comd on welfare and vulnerability policy (i.e AGAI 81 AGAI 99 AGAI 110 JSP 770)Assure and be accountable for internal JMC SE HQ VRM and UWO. Lead Command Monthly Case Reviews (CMCR). Lead on improving the lived experience. Conduct through maximising the use of the Lived Experience Improvement Fund and Army Welfare Fund. Track analyse and develop the use of these funds. Act as the Authorised Approver as delegated by Comd JMC SE in line with policy and direction from RC SO1 LEIF. Any additional responsibilities required in support of JMC SE as directed by the DCOS and DCOMD. Be prepared to support JMC(SE) during UK Resilience Operations. |
