About the Role

We are looking for an Expert VBA Developer to join a cross-functional IT team responsible for the development maintenance and governance of office automation applications supporting multiple business lines. This role plays a key part in addressing critical IT risk remediation initiatives particularly related to Shadow IT while delivering robust compliant and sustainable application solutions.

You will work in a dynamic and demanding environment handling sensitive and high-impact topics that require responsiveness autonomy and strong technical judgment.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate and challenge workload estimations
• Design application solutions aligned with enterprise IS architecture standards and norms
• Develop solutions respecting scope deadlines cost and quality objectives
• Perform technical functional and non-regression testing
• Provide technical support to users and teams regarding application behavior limitations and evolution
• Propose technical and practical improvements to existing solutions
• Contribute to strategic initiatives focused on IT risk remediation and Shadow IT reduction

Technical Requirements

• Strong expertise in VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) within Microsoft Office tools
• Advanced experience with MS Access including forms creation and maintenance
• Solid background in technical and functional analysis and design
• Proficiency in SQL query language
• Strong understanding of application lifecycle and office automation solutions

Education

• Degree in IT Development or related field (Bachelor 2 to 5)

Languages

• French: Working proficiency (mandatory)
• English: Working proficiency (optional)

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
• Ability to facilitate workshops and meetings
• Proactive mindset with the ability to challenge requirements and propose solutions
