About the Role
You will be part of an Electronic Equities engineeringteam working on a mission-critical referential data platform thatdelivers a unified view of financial instruments and market data acrosssystems.
This platform is essential to ensure data accuracyconsistency and real-time availability for downstream consumers.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a high-performance referential data application
- Ensure code quality security and system reliability
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (analysis development testing documentation code reviews)
- Collaborate with production support teams for releases and maintenance
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements
- Provide L3 support when necessary
- Contribute to an Agile development environment
Required Skills & Experience
- 5 years of experience in software development
- Strong expertise in Java 1.8 and Spring Framework
- Solid knowledge of SQL RDBMS and data modeling
- Experience with messaging systems and asynchronous architectures
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines Git workflows Maven
- Ability to understand complex evolving codebases
- Experience with Agile methodologies
Nice to Have
- Experience with frontend or full-stack development
- Knowledge of Corporate & Investment Banking
- Understanding of Cash Equities domain
