TECH LEAD (HYBRID - MAIA)
Portuguese company hires for hybrid position
Location: Maia
Only candidates already basedin Portugal will be considered
Work Model: Hybrid (2days onsite)
Language Requirements:English (C1 mandatory) Portuguese (native)

Key Responsibilities
- Define technical solutions aligned with business needs
- Plan estimate and follow up on technical deliveries
- Act as a technical reference promoting best practices and supporting decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality outcomes
- Support implementation and evolution of service-oriented architectures
- Ensure code quality scalability and maintainability
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation initiatives
What Were Looking For
- Degree in IT Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience in technical leadership roles
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
Technical Skills
- Experience with Oracle technologies (PL/SQL)
- Solid knowledge of .NET and C#
- Understanding of CI/CD practices
- Experience with service-oriented architectures (SOA)
