About the Role
As a Customer QualityEngineeryou will contribute to continual product improvementsfrom suppliedelectronic components andsoftware improvementsto manufacturing processimprovements.This position is an introductory positionreporting toQuality and Warranty Engineers.You willwork with warranty claim data looking for trends in complaints and work to reduce claims.This position will also include working with warranty databases and reporting tools.
What You Will Do
Lead the development ofautomated reports forour QLIK dashboards.
Act as thepointperson ondeveloping monthly reports for internal reviews.
Verify effectiveness of warranty corrective actionsconfirming clean points have not been broken.
Actively provide supportintheCustomer Quality team onspecial qualityimprovement projects.
What You Need to Be Successful
A thorough understanding ofExcell (pivot tables Paynterchartsetc.)
Demonstrable knowledge ofbeing able to create QLIK dashboards or the ability to teach themselves to work with QLIK.
The ability to research and learn about electronic components such as resistors diodes memorychips.
Learnnew technologiesthat Harmanprovidesits customers.
Bonus Points if You Have
Interestin world class automotive audio products.
What Makes You Eligible
Must be currently enrolled in a related Bachelors Degree program or higher at an accredited institution having completed your Sophomore year or later taking at least one class in the semester/quarter before participation in the internship program and returning to school for at least one semester upon completion of the internship program
Must have a cumulative 3.0 GPA
Bewilling to work in an office in Novi Michigan.
Be willing to work remotely.
Able to provide your own housing and transportation to/from work.
Mustpossessunrestricted work authorization.
Successfullycompletea background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment
Mustprovide full work availability fromMay 182026through August 72026and be able to work40 hoursper week.

Freshman: $21.00
Sophomore: $23.00
Junior: $25.00
Senior: $27.00
Master: $32.00
Doct: $38.00
Dependent on the internship offered pay is based on factorsincludingwithout limitation the applicants level of education and businessneed.
