Practice Focus

• General liability defense

Both plaintiff-side and defense experience translate well here and attorneys coming from workers compensation immigration lemon law or other transferable practices are encouraged to explore this role.

What You Will Do

• Manage general liability matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings motions and discovery
• Participate in depositions as experience grows
• Communicate directly with clients carriers and opposing counsel
• Collaborate on litigation strategy and case evaluation
• Appear in court as needed
• Take increasing ownership of assigned files

Compensation

• Base salary range of $130000 to $150000
• Flexibility above or below the range depending on the background
• Discretionary year-end bonus
