An established advertising agency is looking for a Digital Account Executive to support the client service team and Digital Account Manager/Strategist. The ideal candidate must be organized responsive and results-driven with hands-on experience in paid media management reporting geo-targeting and client support.
You will manage campaigns monitor performance generate insights and ensure clients receive clear and proactive support. Duties and responsibilities: Paid Media & Campaign Management:
Build manage and optimise campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram/YouTube/TikTok) and Google Ads
Set up geo-targeted campaigns (radius suburb targeting location exclusions store catchments)
Monitor budgets pacing performance and conversions
Set up and manage A/B testing (creative audiences placements messaging)
Ensure correct campaign naming conventions and clean account structure
Reporting & Insights:
Create weekly and monthly reports (Google Looker Studio or similar reporting software / Excel / Slides)
Pull insights and recommend improvements (not just report the numbers)
Identify whats working whats wasting budget and what needs testing
Client Support & Communication:
Handle day-to-day client queries with professionalism and speed
Attend status meetings and take clear notes/action items
Coordinate with creative teams for new ads sizes copy and deadlines
Maintain timelines and keep projects moving
Tracking & Admin:
Assist with setting up or checking:
Meta Pixel / Conversions API basics (advantage if you understand this)
Google Tag Manager / GA4 basics
Maintain campaign documentation briefs and reporting folders
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum24 years experience as a Digital Account Executive or in a similar role
2 years experience running Meta Ads Google Ads
Comfortable with geo-targeting and audience segmentation
Strong reporting skills and ability to explain results simply
Excellent admin and attention to detail
Client communication skills (email WhatsApp meetings)
Strong Excel/Google Sheets ability
Meta Business Manager / Ads Manager
Google Ads Keyword Planner
Google Analytics 4 (basic)
Google Tag Manager(advantage)
Google Looker Studio or similar reporting software
Canva / basic creative checking (advantage)
