Job Summary
Brief Description: A global sports apparel brand is looking for a performance marketing specialist to drive D2C growth through external business partners worldwide. This is a high-ownership role for someone skilled in strategy execution and partner management.
Responsibilities:
Build and execute annual digital D2C marketing plans with global partners
Align and manage marketing budgets per partner
Oversee digital content adaptation and asset distribution for local markets
Analyse performance data and optimize for traffic conversion and sales
Skills & Experience (Not negotiable):
Strong experience in performance marketing and D2C e-commerce
Solid understanding of paid media analytics and conversion optimization
Experience managing external partners or agencies across multiple markets
Data-driven mindset with strong ownership and follow-up skills.
