How will you make an impact in this role
The Digital Operational Resilience Analyst supports the delivery of the organizations Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) programme for Amex. The role supports key resilience pillars including Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and Critical and Important Functions (CIF) mapping incident management support resilience and scenario testing third-party risk activities governance and training.
The Analyst works under the guidance of Digital Operational Resilience Manager and may focus on one or more activities at a given time depending on business demand and priorities. Strong organisational skills attention to detail project management process design and effective communication are critical skills for this role.
Support the maintenance of Critical and Important Functions (CIF) registers and assist with alignment across Business Continuity ICT and third-party registers including periodic refresh activities.
Assist with monitoring and triaging ICT incident notifications supporting activation of CIF incident procedures and escalation processes where required.
Support coordination of incident response activities including preparation of information for internal and regulatory reporting.
Assist in the planning and execution of scenario testing and resilience exercises including documenting outcomes and tracking remediation actions.
Support Threat-Led Penetration Testing (TLPT) activities including scope assessment preparation and documentation support.
Support maintenance of relevant documents planning for ongoing refreshes and annual reviews
Assist with governance activities including preparation of management reports audit responses and regulatory information requests.
Support communication and awareness activities related to resilience changes and updates with Legal Entities and relevant stakeholders.
