Job Summary
Sales Analyst Internship

We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst / Intern with a strong technical orientation to join Cotys analytics team. This role will provide direct support in process optimization report automation and the management of large volumes of sales forecast customer and channel data.
The ideal candidate will have a background in IT or engineering and hands-on knowledge of data analysis and modeling toolsespecially Power Query Power Pivot advanced Excel and/or Power BIensuring that data models are fast robust and easy to use for the commercial team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Automation & Modeling
Design and automate data consolidation processes using Power Query.
Build efficient and optimized models with Power Pivot (linked tables relationships simple DAX measures).
Reduce file size and refresh times through best modeling practices.
Design Excel structures and templates for KAMs and managers.
Integrate multiple data sources (sales forecast targets coverage).
Create clear lightweight and user-friendly dashboards.
Ensure scalable structures for future enhancements.
2. Reporting & Business Intelligence
Automate recurring reports (sell-in channel mix historical performance coverage vs. forecast).
Prepare reports and templates for executive presentations.
Support the creation of advanced visualizations (Power BI is a plus).
3. Maintenance & Continuous Improvement
Identify improvement opportunities within internal team processes.
Document procedures and ensure data quality.
Support the commercial team with technical tools that facilitate daily work.
Technical Requirements
Must-have:
Degree in Computer Engineering Telecommunications Mathematics Statistics Business Administration with Data focus or similar.
Advanced Excel skills.
Practical experience or solid knowledge of:
Power Query (M)
Power Pivot
Data modeling
Pivot tables and slicers
Ability to work with large datasets without impacting performance.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Nice to have:
Knowledge of DAX.
Experience with Power BI or SQL.
Basic programming skills (Python VBA or similar).
Soft Skills

Strong analytical skills and logical structured thinking.
High attention to detail and data quality.
Clear communication skills and ability to work with commercial and management teams.
