Job Summary
We are looking for a Data & Analytics Analyst to support the Global Supply Chain organization by transforming data into actionable insights that improve planning performance logistics efficiency and overall supply chain effectiveness. The role will focus on developing advanced Power BI dashboards translating business requirements into analytical solutions and improving reporting standardization across the global supply chain. The ideal candidate combines strong data visualization skills business understanding and the ability to work closely with stakeholders across planning logistics and customer operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor key supply chain KPIs such as service level inventory forecast accuracy OTIF and logistics costs.
Work closely with Supply Chain stakeholders (Planning Logistics Customer Experience) to gather and translate business requirements into data and analytics solutions.
Transform business questions into clear analytical frameworks data models and visual insights that support decision making.
Contribute to the automation and standardization of reporting and analytics processes across the global supply chain.
Ensure consistency accuracy and reliability of supply chain performance reporting.
Extract validate and structure supply chain data from ERP systems (M3 preferred).
Collaborate with IT Finance and global/regional supply chain teams to improve data availability and reporting capabilities.
Support initiatives related to data governance KPI standardization and data quality improvement.
Skills & Qualifications
Education
Bachelors degree in Business Analytics Data Science Industrial Engineering Information Systems
Business Administration or a related field.
Experience in Supply Chain Operations or Logistics analytics is strongly preferred.
Technical Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Power BI including data modelling dashboard development and visualization best practices.
Experience working with ERP systems (M3 Oracle or similar).
Advanced Excel skills.
SQL knowledge is a strong plus.
Experience with Power Platform or reporting automation tools is desirable.
Understanding of supply chain data structures and KPIs is preferred.
Familiarity with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouse platforms for querying and preparing data used in Power BI dashboards.
Ability to write basic SQL queries in Snowflake to extract and analyze supply chain datasets.
Experience
25 years of experience in data analytics business intelligence or operations analytics.
Experience working with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into analytical solutions.
Exposure to supply chain functions such as planning logistics inventory management or customer operations is an advantage.
