Position Overview

Job Description

Pay: $17.51 - $20.42

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30AM - 4PM

Location: 121 Cold Storage Road Lumberton NC

Description

• Maintain programs effectively and correctly including WFM Red Prairie Workday and Workbrain.
• Track payroll compliance issues.
• Ensureweekly warehouse payroll information is completed accurately and timely for transmission to the Corporate Payroll department.
• Follow approved procedures to correct any errors that may arise with employees pay to include hourly salary and incentive pay.
• Assess causes of payroll errors and recommend solutions.
• Travel Required: No

Skills

• Specialized Knowledge : Knowledge and understanding of common payroll practices; the ability to maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive data; excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively
• Special Skills: Computer skills required; Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
