Job Summary:
Reporting to the Manager Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis theSeniorFinance Business Partnerposition will partner with the Professional Services and Support(PS&S)organizations to provide data driven support for planning reportinganalysisand decision is a highly visible role thatwill have significant interaction with leaders in the organization. This position serves as the primary liaison betweenPS&Sand fast-paced position includes business operationsmodelling monitoring business unit operating performance planning and forecast management direct financial support of core business groups and various special projects.

Business Partnership
- Serve as the primary strategic finance advisor toPS&SLeadership influencing decisions that drive growth efficiency andlong-termvalue creation.
- Lead development of shortandlong-rangefinancial plansfor PS&S providing scenario modeling risk assessment and sensitivity analysis to support strategic planning.
- Deliver deep actionable insights on key operational and commercial metricsincludingutilization pricing cost to serveattach ratescustomer health and AI adoptionto inform investment and resourcing strategies.
- Proactivelyidentifyemerging trends opportunities and riskscommunicatingwith urgency and clarity.
- Build strong trusted relationships with business leaders influencing decision-making throughdata-drivenguidance and strategic perspective.
- Act as an advocate for finance within the organizationeducating leaders on financial concepts and strengthening financial acumen across supported teams.

- Collaborate with Product SalesPeople&Culture and Operations to align financial planning withcross-functionalpriorities including resourcing customer experience and margin optimization.
FinancialPlanningand Reporting
- Own the end-to-endfinancialplanning and forecasting processes for the functions supported ensuring high accuracy alignment across teams and efficient collaboration.
- Challenge assumptions and guide business leaders toward financially sound decisions including ROI analysis for staffing tooling and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure financial plans reflect operational realities and strategic priorities strengthening accountability across the organization.
- Deliverexecutive-readyreporting packages synthesizing results trends and underlying drivers while providing clear recommendations for action.
- Lead monthly performance reviews with senior operational leaders ensuring they understand results gaps to plan and potential mitigations.
- Improve and modernize planningand reportingprocesses through automation system enhancements and optimized workflowsin partnership withthe broader FP&A team AccountingIT and Operations.
- Elevate the quality and value of management reporting by improving clarity data consistency timeliness and business relevance.
