Whats the role
In this role youll help shape how Westpac manages Enterprise and Strategic Risk.
Youll work closely with teams across the organisation to simplify enterprise-wide risk management processes uplift risk practices and keep an eye on the big-picture risks that could impact the bank.
This is a full-time position based in Sydney with standard business hours and the flexibility you need to do your best work. If you enjoy connecting the dots working collaboratively and influencing meaningful change youll feel right at home here.
What do I need
Youll be set up for success if you have:
- Experience working in risk legal or compliance ideally with some Second-Line experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills ability to synthesise complex information and a knack for getting into the detail when it matters.
- Ability to work collaboratively and strong stakeholder management.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to look ahead understand impacts and spot interdependencies.
- Clear confident written and verbal communication skills.
