Job Summary
Compensation: $40 per hour Grant Funded through FYDescriptionWe are seeking dedicated and experienced ESL (English as a Second Language) teachers to join our school districts innovative program aimed at providing English language instruction to parents of Multilingual learners. You will be responsible for facilitating engaging and interactive classes to support the language development of adult learners using an ESL curriculum. We are looking for teachers for both morning and evening :March 3 2026 - May 18 2026 Mondays and Wednesdays: 6:00pm - 8:00pmLocation: Randolph High School DutiesPlan and deliver well-structured online ESL lessons for parents of multilingual learners in our school districtUtilize appropriate instructional materials and resources to promote language acquisition including interactive activities multimedia content and real-life scenariosAdapt teaching strategies and materials to meet the diverse needs and proficiency levels of adult learnersAssess and monitor the progress of participants through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback for improvementEncourage active participation and create a supportive and inclusive learning environment to foster confidence and motivation among adult learnersCollaborate with other ESL teachers and administrators to align curriculum and share best practices
