Customer Trust Lead (INDIA)

The Opportunity

Commvault is seeking a Customer Trust Lead to support customer and prospect security and compliance inquiries and help build confidence in Commvaults security privacy and resilience posture. As a member of the Trust organization this role serves as a key external-facing representative engaging with customers to explain security and compliance concepts and guide discussions toward meaningful business-aligned outcomes across security privacy data governance AI and resilience.

What youll do

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer-facing security and compliance inquiries including questionnaires due diligence requests and customer calls.
• Clearly explain Commvaults security privacy data governance AI and resilience posture to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Assess and communicate security and compliance risk at the appropriate level helping customers move beyond unnecessary detail to focus on true business impact and effective mitigation strategies.
• Review security- and compliance-related contract language and customer requirements in partnership with Legal and other internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to provide accurate consistent and timely responses.
• Represent the Commvault brand externally with exceptional professionalism polish and sound judgment.

Who you are

• Graduate Degree holder.
• Thorough knowledge of broad security trust risk or compliance topics
• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• Strong understanding of information security privacy and risk management principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and credibly.
• Expertise with common security and compliance frameworks and standards (e.g. SOC 2 ISO 27001 NIST privacy regulations).
• Customer-focused calm and confident in high-stakes or ambiguous situations.
• Collaborative pragmatic and trusted by both customers and internal teams.
• Experience supporting enterprise customers in a SaaS or technology environment.
