Job Summary
Position Title: Operation Manager
Reporting To: Zonal Manager
Location: PAN India
Department: Services - YMS
Objective:
The role aims to ensure seamless operational execution across the assigned zone by supervising and aligning field activities with organizational goals. It focuses on implementing company strategies effectively improving operational efficiency and strengthening performance through structured monitoring and reporting and supports senior management by managing MIS data accuracy and coordinated interactions with stakeholders.
Accountability:
Manage day-to-day operations across area stakeholders to ensure adherence to business goals and operational standards.
Track zonal KPIs conduct field visits and perform operational audits to assess performance and identify improvement areas.
Deliver continuous training coaching and performance evaluations for field staff to improve productivity and service quality.
Consolidate daily weekly and monthly reports on productivity operational outcomes and program performance for senior leadership.
Handle MIS activities maintain accurate data records for yard operations and support management in closure and settlement processes.
Serve as the primary liaison for area managers yard owners and clients to ensure effective coordination and timely issue resolution.
Allocate resources efficiently including personnel and equipment to support zonal operations and regional business requirements.
Competencies:
Strong proficiency in MS Office particularly MS Excel with the ability to track manage and analyse operational data and dashboards.
Solid MIS functional knowledge.
Strong communication skills team leadership coordination and problem-solving skills.
Able to manage stakeholders and support multi-location operations effectively.
Languages: English and Hindi; additional proficiency in Tamil Telugu or Kannada is an advantage.
Experience:
5 years of experience in MIS and data management within operational or field-oriented functions.
Bachelors degree in computer science or information technology is preferred.
