Job Summary
About The Client:
It is the largest pharmaceutical companies in India and a major global player in the generics and specialty medicines market.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Active involvement in tendering procurement & contractual processes
• Handling all commercial activities related to civil projects and maintenance including review and renewal of annual
rate contracts of various plant locations.
• Vendor development – Sourcing and evaluating vendors in terms of financial stability and competence.
• Tendering / PO related activities - 1. Coordinate with various vendors for floating inquiries receive quotes invite
them for negotiation 2. Techno-commercial comparison / Rate analysis 3. Finalization of contract.
• Generating Purchase Orders in SAP/Ivaua system.
• Coordination with the contractors/vendors transporters and site engineers for timely completion of work / delivery
of material as per schedule.
• Coordination with site engineers and accounts for timely processing of bills and payments to suppliers and
contractors.
• Preparing monthly reports related to commercial activities.
