Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager Financial Planning & Analysis
Financial Planning & Analysis is responsible for being objective and a business partner leading collaborative efforts and efficient planning and analysis that supports our key business decisions.
Analyses business trends; leads and aligns financial forecasts and long-range planning processes with our business leaders. Drives business value by providing financial and analytical counsel to facilitate decision-marking around strategic business initiatives.
Prepares monthly financial reporting including variance and financial statement analysis. Able to clearly communicate a cohesive and concise story around business drivers behind financial data and potential implications on future results.
Builds financial models and scenarios as a key input for business planning decisions in areas such as resource selection/deployment non-Salary expenses etc.
Handles annual budget processes incorporating business initiatives economic trends and operational efficiency. Aligns budget to business strategies and gains alignment from business partners.
Performs customer and product profitability analysis and makes investment and pricing decisions. Finds opportunities to drive revenue growth margin expansion and a more favourable mix (i.e. driving preferred products and services).
Identifies and executes upon operational improvement opportunities. Demonstrates proficiency of technical tools and financial systems.
Serves as an objective financial steward with an enterprise perspective safeguarding our companys assets. Ensures controls are in place and the companys intellectual property is protected.
Responsibilities
Drive FP&A growth for a business unit having large number global clients spanning multiple industry verticals.
Engage with clients across multiple regions identify their business problems and deploy relevant solutions solving their FP&A challenges.
Solve clients business problems through packaged solutions using the latest technologies from Digital Cloud and Predictive/Prescriptive Analytics
Partner with clients and be the lead advisor for strategic programs including decisions on Make vs. Buy Pricing NPI New Investments etc.
Lead client projects in long range planning / annual operating plans budgeting forecasting capital planning and other strategic projects etc.
Drive Functional Transformation programs for clients in the areas of Management Reporting Advanced Analytics Report Automation etc.
Design innovative products & solutions to solve challenges that clients face in FP&A
Lead large scale FP&A analytics programs for multiple clients and drive business benefits in the areas of Working Capital Sales Pricing CAPEX etc.
Lead team of Analytics specialists (Data Scientists AI / ML specialists etc.) and FP&A SMEs (Analysts Business Partners Storytellers) and deploy outstanding Analytics products and solutions for clients.
Identify requirements from existing clients and/or new opportunities collaborate closely with cross functional teams curate large & complex deals and drive growth in FP&A Analytics and Transformation
Identify new markets for growing FP&A and devise strategies for growth through redefined org models new transformation services modern technologies etc.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Chartered Accountant /Cost Accountant/MBA or masters in finance
Relevant experience
Deep FP&A and multi-industry experience like Manufacturing Retail and Pharmaceutical and worked on Management Reporting FP&A Commercial / Pricing Working capital Analytics.
Demand Management includes statistical forecasting revenue planning collaborative planning.
Experience in managing large FP&A organization on service delivery with strong leadership skills.
Experience maintaining strategic relationships with business partners suppliers or customers.
Should have experience in Connected planning in areas of Sales forecasting Cash flow Forecasting Workforce planning etc.
Experience in adaptive insights through planning process across functions Finance Supply chain etc.
Exposure to Large Data change management projects experience in managing programs involving source Data Engineering with ability to understand simple to intermediate data flow and landscape.
Demonstrated working knowledge of SAP ERP modules relevant to the role with the ability to navigate analyze and execute business processes within the SAP environment.
Experience in managing large data set wrangling cleansing enabling for downstream systems through ETL tools Alteryx Talend KNIME etc.
Proficient in MS Office applications especially in MS excel with Advanced Excel techniques.
Solid understanding of Hyperion Oracle SAP.

Preferred qualifications
Experience in use of analytical tools like Power BI as well as visualization tools like Tableau etc.
