Job Summary

This role is responsible for driving profitable growth in the marine coatings segment within the Philippines market. The position will focus on building strong customer relationships developing new business opportunities and ensuring alignment with PPGs strategic objectives for the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve or exceed KPIs including sales targets and inventory/forecasting metrics.
  • Drive Marine business development with ship management companies (Dry Docking and Sea Stocks).
  • Grow premium product sales in alignment with global marine strategies.
  • Lead business development activities and distribution expansion
  • Conduct customer needs analysis competitive pricing evaluation and handle tender submissions.
  • Ensure full utilization of Salesforce Quotation Manager and sales tools.
  • Deliver technical and product presentations to clients and marine stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Marine Engineering Accounting Marketing Business or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of business development experience with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • At least 4 years of experience in the marine coatings industry; prior dealings with key marine customers are an advantage.
  • Strong leadership analytical and communication skills; able to influence key decision makers.
  • Independent resultsdriven and proficient in MS Office.
