Position Responsibilities
- Execute technical and business projects across multiple stakeholders including development of analyses that support process and project improvements.
- Manage and coordinate business and technical projects across all phasesinitiation development and implementation.
- Collaborate with clients to define and manage project scope strategy requirements and implementation plans.
- Ensure assigned projects are completed on schedule and within budget while meeting all business objectives.
- Identify analyze mitigate document and manage project risks to ensure successful delivery.
- Provide effective and regular communication to project teams stakeholders sponsors and management.
- Identify project resource needs and establish roles expectations and measurable goals for team members.
- Drive assessment management and mitigation of delivery risks that may impede project success.
- Report on and manage project resource allocations and budgets within the project area.
- Evaluate postproject impact and create lessons learned for continuous improvement.
- Serve as a strong contributor and enablement partner within the immediate team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Financial/Investment Management Legal Management or other relevant postsecondary field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant within IT Financial Services or Middle/Back Office operations enabling integrated solutions for process technology and data optimization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Visio and Project.
- Experience with Agile methodology is an advantage.
- Ability to work across different shift schedules.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven adaptability with experience learning new products technologies and tools quickly.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis fundamentals (requirements gathering documentation UAT testing etc.).
- Ability to identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage interdepartmental relationships effectively.
- Strong influencing skills with the ability to make wellsupported recommendations.
- Previous experience in financial services wealth management or insurance industries.
- Must meet current job expectations and performance metrics.
