Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex enterprise software implementation initiatives with a strong focus on Oracle ERP implementations and migrations. This role requires a seasoned project leader with strong executive presence the ability to manage large budgets and proven success in bridging the gap between IT and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience across Waterfall and Agile methodologies excellent communication skills and a strong technical aptitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise software implementation projects with a strong emphasis on Oracle ERP implementations and migrations
Plan execute monitor and control projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies ensuring adherence to scope schedule budget and quality
Develop and manage detailed project budgets forecasts and financial tracking; proactively manage risks and dependencies
Partner closely with business stakeholders IT leaders and vendors to align project objectives with business outcomes
Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language enabling effective decision-making at the executive level
Provide strong executive-level communication including status reporting risk escalation and governance presentations
Coordinate cross-functional teams including application infrastructure and integration teams
Ensure compliance with organizational project management standards and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Significant experience managing enterprise software implementation projects with Oracle ERP experience required
Proven experience with Oracle ERP migrations (on-prem to cloud or version upgrades preferred)
Strong hands-on experience with Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
Solid understanding of infrastructure concepts and their impact on enterprise applications
Demonstrated experience in budget development financial tracking and cost control
Exceptional communication skills and executive presence with experience engaging senior leadership
Strong ability to bridge IT and business teams and build trusted stakeholder relationships
PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
