Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Perform system validations and reconciliations within Oracle Cloud HCM and related HR/payroll platforms to ensure data accuracy and process integrity.
- Support design testing documentation and implementation of system enhancements and process improvements.
- Assist in preparing and executing payroll and HR transaction audits ensuring compliance and data reliability.
- Analyze payroll data for accuracy completeness and consistency; identify discrepancies and support timely resolution.
- Develop update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation for optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR Technology teams and HR SSC Payroll Operations to support endtoend operational effectiveness.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to execute data analysis reporting reconciliations and data validations.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new system features integrations and enhancements.
- Clearly document findings issues and recommendations and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.
