FreshlyDried is looking for an enthusiastic Operation Support Assistant to join our team in Harrison. We offer a competitive salary range of $120000 - $135000 annually along with opportunities for growth and development within our organization.
Responsibilities
- Assist in daily operational tasks and support team members
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for operational processes
- Help with inventory management and stock control
- Participate in the development and implementation of operational procedures
- Provide customer service support as needed
- Conduct data entry and maintain databases
- Support the team in project management and administrative tasks
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not required
