Job Summary

Job Title: Oracle HCM Test Lead
Location: Dallas TX
Duration: 3-6 Month Contract

Overview: Strong functional Test Lead familiar with the HCM modules in scope and experienced with facilitating training.
- Significant experience leading ERP testing phases for large transformations including QA / Smoke Testing
- 5-8 years of experience with Fusion HCM testing (not generic testing; not for other solutions)
- Prior experience leading testing as an independent party (bonus) with skills and leadership to push back on project leadership if needed
- Experience with the core modules would be preferred (listed again here)
  - Recruiting / Recruiting Booster
  - Talent & Touchpoints
  - Workforce Compensation
  - Incentive Compensation ---- this would be critical
  - Workforce Scheduling / Labor Optimization
  - HR Service Delivery (Help Desk)
