We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong domain knowledge in the Airline/Aviation industry. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders operations and IT teams to analyze business needs optimize processes and deliver technology-driven solutions that enhance airline operations customer experience and revenue management.

Key Responsibilities

Gather analyze and document business requirements related to airline operations reservations ticketing loyalty and customer service.
Work with stakeholders from operations revenue management finance airport services and IT teams.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements.
Conduct gap analysis impact analysis and feasibility studies.
Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) and User Stories.
Facilitate workshops interviews and requirement-gathering sessions.
Support UAT planning execution and defect resolution.
Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and industry standards.
Monitor project progress and support change management activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business IT Engineering or related field.
experience as a Business Analyst in the airline/aviation domain.
Strong understanding of airline business processes:
- Reservations & Ticketing
- Departure Control Systems (DCS)
- Revenue Management
- Loyalty Programs
- Cargo Operations
- Crew & Fleet Management
Proficiency in requirement management tools (JIRA Confluence Azure DevOps etc.).
Strong documentation and communication skills.
Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
Ability to work with cross-functional and global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Certification: CBAP CCBA PMI-PBA (preferred).
Experience with digital transformation or cloud migration projects in airlines.
Knowledge of IATA standards and aviation compliance.
Exposure to data analytics reporting and BI tools.
