Role: Business Analyst

Work Location: Mahwah NJ (Onsite)

Job Duties:

Gather and translate business requirements into clear actionable user stories functional specs and process documentation.
Analyze data and processes to identify gaps inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement across products or operations.
Collaborate with cross functional teams (product engineering stakeholders) to ensure solutions meet business needs and align with strategic goals.
Support testing and implementation by validating requirements participating in UAT and ensuring smooth rollout of new features or process changes.
