Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements specifically for ServiceNow projects.
- Conduct workshops and translate requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Perform story mapping and manage backlog items in Agile environments.
- Coordinate and support UAT including test case preparation and defect tracking.
- Ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations and obtain user sign-off.
Required Qualifications:
- 3 5 years of Business Analyst experience.
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow projects.
- Strong experience in requirement gathering story mapping and UAT coordination.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills..
