The Opportunity
The primary objective of this position is to spearhead strategic business development initiatives by cultivating and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders thereby ensuring a robust market this pivotal role you will oversee the formulation and execution of channel strategies driving exceptional customer engagement and loyalty. You will assume full responsibility for the channels financial performance growth and operational management with a clear focus on achieving profitability and sustainable success.

Your New Role
Manage and deliver the annual new business target
Develop and share MI data to influence business decisions
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Ensure compliance with regulations and requirements
Underwrite new business and renewals for selected products
Establish and develop relationships with key clients
Monitor client feedback and market requirements
Learn about new products and commission structures to enhance client relationships
Coach and mentor team performance to achieve targets
About You
Significant relevant experience in general servicing and underwriting
At least some experience in a managerial capacity
Professional qualification in insurance or related disciplines preferred
A Tertiary Degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
