Manager Employee Engagement ()
The Human Resources Office is looking for an Employee Engagement/Relations professional to support the development of the universitys employee strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the formulating of full-spectrum strategies for Employee Engagement from corporate ESR and ED&I policies and initiatives to employee wellness programmes;
- Overseeing employee recognition initiatives events and communications;
- Assisting in handling equal opportunity related complaints; and
- Assisting in corporate HR Organisation Development projects.
Requirements:
- A recognised university degree preferably in Human Resources psychology or Language;
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in Human Resources with at least 3 years as supervisor;
- Preference would be given to those with Employee Engagement and/or Relations in sizable organisations with a track record in successfully formulating strategies and managing initiatives;
- A strong passion for employee engagement and employee relations management; and
- Excellent spoken and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and interview(s).
The initial appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract of two years. Re-appointment thereafter will be subject to performance review and mutual agreement.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
