Job Summary

About the Quality Manager position

We are looking for a Quality Manager to help us preserve our reputation by ensuring that our products and services are capable to drive sustainable growth. They must meet all necessary requirements before they reach the consumer. Your duties will include inspecting the final product to make sure it has been built with compliance to legal standards and meets customer expectations.

You should be thorough and observant with an eye for detail fully understand the requirements for the product or service and have a sense of responsibility towards our potential and existing customers as well as the competition.

Quality Manager responsibilities are:

  • Analyze and follow customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes

  • Review and update specifications for products or processes

  • Establish standards for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their compliance

  • Oversee the compliance with health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations

  • Monitor the work of inspectors technicians and other staff and provide guidance and feedback

  • Monitor all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards

  • Check final output and compare properties to requirements

  • Make decisions about the completed products approving or reject them

  • Review and update project documentation and perform statistical analysis

  • Collect feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met

  • Prepare detailed reports and present them to appropriate executives

  • Keep informed about opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures

Quality Manager requirements are:

  • 2 years experience of working on a Quality Manager or other similar position

  • Significant experience with quality control procedures and relevant legal standards

  • Significant experience with data analysis and statistical methods

  • Excellent math skills together with close attention for detail and

  • Responsible and conscientious with a results driven approach

  • Strong organizational leadership and communication skills

  • Good knowledge of MS Office

  • BSc or BA degree in business administration or other relevant area; additional certification of quality control such as ISO 9000 will be a bonus
