To effectively audit all compliance of internal control processes and procedures within AFGRI Grain Management. The role involves identifying risks making recommendations on risk mitigation procedures and assisting business units with cost/financial analysis support as required.
Minimum Requirements
- Education/Training: B Com Accounting SAICA articles
- Work Experience: 1 year of experience post SAICA articles
Key Performance Areas:
- Identify and report administration and financial risks
- Conduct internal/formal/informal site audits
- Compile policies and procedures to cover identified risks
- Conduct finance and admin incident investigations
- Review audit programs and processes for relevancy
- Complete ad hoc tasks as required by management
- Compile audit reports
- Report critical issues
- Perform financial tasks as allocated per business unit
- Ensure accurate financial information on SAP
- Develop and compile training manuals and train employees
Technical Competencies
- Numerical and analytical acumen
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literacy (MS Office) with advanced Excel skills
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP Finance systems
