What youll be working on

This is a hands-on senior role with real breadth. Day to day you will:

• Lead workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather and validate requirements producing user journey maps and high-quality documentation across both business and technical domains
• Align with Group counterparts in other markets to maintain consistent global standards and share learnings across programmes
• Break complex epics into well-formed user stories and acceptance criteria and collaborate with UX/UI designers on wireframes and digital experience design
• Analyse current-state and future-state processes to surface gaps recommend improvements and contribute to new software features and system design
• Support QA knowledge transfer and end-user documentation to ensure smooth handover from delivery into BAU
• Contribute to project planning risk and issue management and programme-level reporting

What will help you be successful

You are a confident delivery-focused senior BA who is comfortable owning the requirements lifecycle end to end. You translate ambiguity into clarity and you bring people along with you. Specifically you will bring:

• 8 years of Business Analyst experience
• Wealth management experience is essential
• A strong track record in financial services you understand the compliance operational and customer dynamics of the sector
• The ability to distil complex information and present it clearly to technical and non-technical audiences alike
• Proven experience in agile delivery teams writing user stories that developers can act on without ambiguity
• Hands-on familiarity with Jira Confluence SharePoint Miro and Figma
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to facilitate cross-functional workshops
• Experience setting BA standards and supporting team members you raise the bar for everyone around you
• Data analysis mapping or data migration experience is a distinct advantage
