13VETS Vet Nurse 12 - month Full Time and Part Time Contract

Greencross 13VETS is a dedicated team of Vet Nurses who provide general advice book appointments and triage calls on behalf of our Greencross addition to phone support we also manage online bookings respond to Greencross website inquiries and handle client reminders.

All contracts are remote-based allowing you to enjoy the fast pace of the industry while working full or part time Monday to Saturday. All hours are based on AEST and will change come April. Please list in application what role you are applying for. 

Role A: This 12-month Full Time contract offers 38 hours per week with set shifts:

• Monday and Friday: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM

• Wednesday and Thursday: 7:30 AM 4:30 PM

• Saturday: 7:00 AM 12:00 PM

• these shifts are subject to change 

Role B: This 12-month Part Time contract offers 27 hours per week with set shifts:

• Monday Tuesday Thursday Friday: 8:00 AM 2:00 PM

• Saturday: 8:00 AM 1:00 PM

• these shifts are subject to change 

Role C: This Part Time Maternity Leave contract offers 27 hours per week until September with set shifts:

• Tuesday to Friday: 8:00 AM 2:00 PM

• Saturday: 8:00 AM 1:00 PM

• these shifts are subject to change 

Youll have the flexibility to work from home or if youre based in Sydney youre welcome to use our beautiful head office in North Ryde.

Were looking for someone who:

• Holds a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing with at least 3 years of experience

• Is clinically experienced and passionate about customer service

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and remains calm under pressure

• Is confident in making accurate triage decisions over the phone

• Has working knowledge of RxWorks

• Can follow detailed processes with a high level of attention to detail

• Is self-motivated and happy working independently

• Immediate start available with a maximum of 4 weeks notice preferred.

We offer remuneration aligned with the Veterinary Nurse Award Wage at $31.18 per hour.
