• Lead and oversee all HVAC operations to ensure high-quality service efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Mentor coach and develop technicians fostering career growth and a high-performing team
• Plan schedule and coordinate residential and light commercial HVAC installation repair and maintenance projects
• Develop implement and refine operational processes and best practices to drive efficiency and consistency

• Valid North Carolina HVAC License Heating Group 3 Class I Contractor (qualifying the company for residential and light commercial work in FuquayVarina)
• 5 years of experience in HVAC operations leadership or management
• Strong leadership mindset with a focus on coaching and developing teams
• Comprehensive technical knowledge of HVAC systems installations and service
