An AmLaw-recognized law firm is seeking a lateral associate to join its Insurance Recovery practice in Dallas.
This role is well-suited for an associate with experience representing policyholders in complex insurance coverage disputes who is interested in sophisticated high-stakes matters across a range of industries.
The Role
The associate will work closely with partners and senior attorneys on insurance recovery and coverage matters including advising policyholders litigating coverage disputes and pursuing recoveries under commercial insurance policies. The practice involves complex litigation and counseling related to major losses regulatory matters and commercial disputes.
Ideal Background
Prior experience in insurance recovery or insurance coverage litigation
Experience representing policyholders preferred
Strong legal research writing and analytical skills
Comfortable managing matters with increasing autonomy
Admitted in Texas or eligible to waive in
